Job Summary

A company is looking for a Perinatal Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct brief onboarding calls and deliver individualized virtual coaching sessions focused on mental wellness
• Develop and adjust coaching plans in collaboration with members based on their needs and goals
• Document all member interactions and assessments in the platform within one business day

Qualifications

• Active license in a relevant clinical field (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, RN, APRN, CNM)
• At least 4 years of experience in clinical care, health coaching, or counseling, with a minimum of 2 years working with perinatal individuals
• Preferred certification in perinatal mental health or substantial experience supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals
• Strong digital literacy and comfort using telehealth and app-based tools
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
