Florida Licensed Perinatal Coach

Job Summary

To expand access to perinatal support, the part-time contract Florida Licensed Perinatal Coach (Spanish Speaking) will conduct brief onboarding calls, deliver virtual coaching sessions, and support members in navigating perinatal mental health and adjustment to parenthood in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct brief onboarding and activation calls in Spanish using validated screening tools
• Deliver virtual coaching sessions focused on perinatal mental health and health-promoting behaviors
• Document all interactions accurately in Canopie's digital platform and communicate with members via phone, video, and secure messaging

Required qualifications

• Fluent Spanish speaker (spoken and written) able to deliver care confidently in Spanish
• Active Florida license (LCSW, APRN, CNM, PA)
• Experience supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals
• Prior experience in telehealth, digital health, or virtual care environments
• Strong digital literacy with telehealth platforms and secure messaging
