Job Summary

To support critical public health programs, the part-time Florida Licensed Perinatal Coordinator will conduct clinical case reviews, develop interview protocols, and collaborate with teams to analyze maternal healthcare delivery, all while working remotely for up to 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive quarterly evaluations of maternal mortality cases to identify systemic biases and assess social determinants of health
  • Collaborate with Records Analysts to translate clinical findings into structured case narratives for leadership reviews
  • Design and deploy training curricula for Records Analysts on conducting sensitive informant interviews
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently licensed in Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in obstetrics, antenatal, or postpartum care
  • Deep knowledge of Social Determinants of Health and their impact on maternal outcomes
  • Proven background in family support, peer counseling, and community outreach
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with remote collaboration tools and clinical data entry systems
