Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business while meeting performance requirements
• Identify coverage opportunities and engage in the policy renewal process
• Process payments, assist with claims, and maintain communication with clients and supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum insurance license or state-required Personal Lines license (20-44)
• Preferred 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states
• High School Diploma (or equivalent); College Degree desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
