Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring performance standards are met
• Identify and pursue coverage opportunities during daily service tasks
• Assist clients with policy renewals, payment processing, and claims facilitation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum insurance license or state-required Personal Lines license (20-44)
• Preferred 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Ability to obtain licensing in all 50 states
• High School Diploma (or equivalent); College Degree desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
