Key Responsibilities:

• Process endorsements and update management systems
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly
• Manage email and fax correspondence, including policy changes and return mail

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of industry or equivalent experience
• State required active licensing
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• High accuracy in handling large work volumes
