Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Internal Sales and Retention Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and timely service
• Identify opportunities to offer additional personal lines coverages and close sales with existing clients
• Lead the remarketing and renewal process to ensure clients receive competitive and appropriate coverage

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License required
• 3-5 years in customer service, account management, or insurance sales, specifically in Personal Lines
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Familiarity with Florida's personal insurance market and core coverages (e.g., home, auto, umbrella)
• Skilled in CRM platforms, agency management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
