Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacist, Prior Auth/Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review coverage determinations and appeals in a timely and compliant manner
• Act as a formulary expert and resource for drug information
• Monitor drug utilization and collaborate with leadership on quality and cost control initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in pharmacy with equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years of post-graduate experience
• Active and unrestricted State Pharmacy License for workplace and plan location
• Continuing education required to maintain an active pharmacist license
• Preferred experience in Medicare Part D or Medicaid and managed care
