Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist, Prior Auth/Utilization Management, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review coverage determinations and appeals accurately and in a timely manner
• Act as a liaison between the company and its customers regarding pharmacy benefits
• Develop and maintain pharmacy cost control and quality initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in pharmacy with equivalent experience
• 1 - 2 years of post-graduate experience
• Active and unrestricted State Pharmacy License for the workplace and plan location
• Continuing education required to maintain an active pharmacist license
• Preferred experience in Medicare Part D or Medicaid, and managed care
