Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Florida Licensed Pharmacist will provide medication management, collaborate with healthcare providers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review medication therapy for patients to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practice

Required qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist license
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
• Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting
• Knowledge of medication management and healthcare regulations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote healthcare environment
