Job Summary

To support pharmacy operations, the remote Florida Licensed Pharmacist Trainer will develop and deliver training programs, ensuring teams have the necessary knowledge to drive quality and compliance in healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs related to prior authorization processes and clinical criteria
• Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain training plans and onboarding materials
• Facilitate engaging virtual training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness through participant feedback

Required qualifications

• Active U.S. Pharmacist license
• 2+ years of experience in managed care or pharmacy benefit management
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs
• Experience in developing and delivering training content
• Proficiency with virtual training platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
