Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support for inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
  • Handle and record pharmacy calls in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory standards
  • Assist with the coordination and processing of pharmacy prior authorization requests and appeals
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of related experience, including call center or customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently on special projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships with various stakeholders
  • Ability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple projects
