Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support for inbound/outbound pharmacy calls from members, providers, and pharmacies
- Handle and record pharmacy calls in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory standards
- Assist with the coordination and processing of pharmacy prior authorization requests and appeals
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related experience, including call center or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently on special projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
- Ability to develop and maintain positive work relationships with various stakeholders
- Ability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple projects
