Job Summary

Leading enterprise pharmacy transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Pharmacy Director will manage the design and optimization of clinical and operational workflows, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the design, optimization, and integration of pharmacy workflows to support scalable service delivery and value-based care strategies
• Oversee the full lifecycle of pharmacy projects, including planning, risk assessments, and implementation oversight to ensure successful execution
• Lead vendor strategy and management for pharmacy technology and analytics, ensuring alignment with clinical and financial goals

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Active Pharmacist license in the State of Florida required or eligible for licensure
• 340B certification
• 7 years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations and project management
• Experience in value-based care, PBM strategy, and managing multi-vendor environments
