Job Summary

Providing strategic oversight and leadership, the full-time Florida Licensed Pharmacy Director will manage pharmacists-in-charge across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and overseeing pharmacy operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage performance and compliance of pharmacists-in-charge across various facilities
• Establish strategic vision, objectives, and policies for the pharmacy program
• Analyze operating costs and participate in the preparation of the annual budget for pharmacy operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care, or a related field
• 8+ years of health care operations management experience
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and training staff
• Current state's Pharmacist license
