Florida Licensed Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management - Pharmacy/PBM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for clinical account managers in the Pharmacy Benefit Management team
• Develop and enhance tools and processes for clinical program management and client relationship management
• Oversee escalated client issues and review proposals related to clinical programs and strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration; PharmD or MBA preferred
• 4+ years of PBM Account Management or clinical management experience, preferably with teams of clinicians
• Experience in PBM, Specialty Pharmacy, Health Plan, Managed Care, and Managed Medicaid preferred
• Previous management experience including hiring, training, and performance management
• Strong understanding of clinical analytics, formulary rebate, and formulary maintenance preferred
