Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Clinical Quality RN's in patient telephonic outreach and assessments for CBP and A1C measures
• Make outbound calls and assist with medication adherence outreach and appointment scheduling
• Document all calls and actions taken within core systems and communicate with providers to obtain necessary medical evidence

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Active Pharmacy Technician licensure (RPhT) in the state of employment
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Designated secure workspace that protects HIPAA confidentiality
• Access to secure high-speed internet via cable/DSL at home
