Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician I - Prior Authorization - Work from Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for Prior Authorization requests from members and providers
• Determine if complex requests should be escalated to a pharmacist
• Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or call center environment
• Must be able to work from home
• High-speed internet access
• Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare industry is preferred
