Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Outreach Specialist Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients to enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients about the services offered by the specialty pharmacy program
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company values

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active pharmacy license for the state of Florida
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related experience
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
• National certification from PTCB or equivalent is strongly preferred but not required
• Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not already held
