Florida Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage clinical quality improvement initiatives related to FEP-HEDIS, conduct member outreach for care gap closures, and collaborate with healthcare partners to enhance pharmaceutical care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic outreach to FEP members to assist in closing HEDIS care gaps
• Analyze claims data to identify members needing referrals to MTM Pharmacists
• Prepare and present outreach data to leadership and support pharmacy-related projects

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 4+ years of related work experience, including customer outreach and pharmacy experience
• CPT - Certified/Registered Pharmacy Technician license
• Strong clinical knowledge of prescription drug products and medical terminology
• Proficiency in PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
