Job Summary
Seeking a Florida Licensed Pharmacy Technician, the remote position will manage front-end processing, assist patients with prescription inquiries, and resolve escalated pharmacy issues while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Handle front-end processing and communicate with patients and providers via phone
- Resolve escalated pharmacy inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately enter and update patient and medication information in pharmacy systems
Required qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
- 2+ years of healthcare or pharmacy experience (non-commercial pharmacy experience preferred)
- Bachelor's degree, active progress toward a degree, or Pharmacy Technician Certification (RPT or CPhT preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate multiple computer systems quickly
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
