Job Summary

To support a growing digital health initiative, the full-time Florida Licensed Physical Therapist will provide virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring while working three days onsite and two days remotely, developing personalized care plans and measuring patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, including evaluations, assessments, and treatment plan development
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers and support operations to enhance digital service delivery and patient care

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Active Physical Therapy state license in Florida (or in process)
• Experience in outpatient settings
• Preferred experience in digital/telehealth services
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care
