Job Summary

A company is looking for a Florida PIP Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess PIP claims to determine coverage eligibility
• Negotiate with claimants and medical providers to reach fair and timely settlements
• Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies in all claim handling activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3 years of related work experience, preferably with PIP claims
• Active Adjuster's license
• Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Guidewire, Word, Excel, and Windows-based applications
