Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platelet Scheduler (20 Hours) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact current donors by telephone to recruit for donation and schedule appointments
• Maintain daily production standards, including phone calls and appointments per hour
• Provide support to the recruitment manager in developing new leads and donor recruitment programs

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to work on a team and experience with computers
• Strong customer service skills required
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule during the initial training period of 4-6 weeks
