Job Summary
To support a dedicated psychiatric care team for seniors, a part-time Florida Licensed PMHNP or Psychiatrist will conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations, manage psychiatric conditions, and collaborate with a broader care team while shaping the clinical model for online senior psychiatric medicine.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for older adults
- Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions common in seniors, including medication management
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic support for patients and shape clinical protocols
Required qualifications
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or psychiatrist (MD/DO) in good standing
- Active, unencumbered Florida license or willingness to obtain one
- Active DEA registration required to prescribe for Florida patients
- Experience and enthusiasm for caring for older adults
- Comfortable practicing via two-way live video telehealth
