Key responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved financial performance
- Develop and implement data analytic strategies to support the Population Health team
- Engage clients in reviewing financial performance and identifying gaps in care cost reduction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience working with analyses within a health plan or payor organization
- Technical experience utilizing analytical software tools and applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SQL
- Experience with statistical applications such as SAS, SPSS, or R (preferred)
