Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Licensed Practical Nurse Patient Navigator-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients and families in coordinating care and managing individual health needs
Support the RN in managing patient caseloads and respond to clinical inquiries
Address barriers to care and provide ongoing education and resources to patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Three (3) years of LPN experience
Oncology experience preferred
A valid Licensed Practical Nurse multistate or Florida single state licensure required
