Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Premier Sales Executive will pursue and retain profitable business relationships in Orlando and Jacksonville, focusing on proposal activity, broker development, and client consultations within the Group Insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage proposal activities and foster relationships with brokers, clients, and internal partners to achieve optimal client outcomes
- Review and discuss Request for Proposals (RFPs) with consultants to tailor solutions for clients' needs
- Coordinate and conduct educational sessions about Prudential's Group Insurance products and services
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in selling financial or health insurance to various client sizes
- Active Life and Health Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Understanding of underwriting concepts and risk analysis
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal business partners and brokers
- Successful time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
