Job Summary

To expand access to primary care, the full-time Florida Licensed Primary Care Physician will deliver comprehensive remote clinical care, including preventive services, sick visits, and chronic condition management, while managing a dedicated panel of patients.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists or acute care services as necessary
• Support population health initiatives and improve patient understanding of treatment plans post-discharge

Required qualifications:

• Active Florida medical license with IMLC compact licensure
• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience, including 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR
• Commitment to working 40 hours per week, including Mondays and Fridays with flexible starting hours
