Florida Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

To expand access to primary care, the full-time Florida Licensed Primary Care Physician will deliver comprehensive, video-based clinical care, including preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management, while working remotely on weekends and one additional weekday.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists as needed
• Support population health initiatives and improve patient understanding of treatment plans post-discharge

Required qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license with IMLC compact licensure
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience, including 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR
• Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week, including 3x12-hour shifts on weekends
