Florida Licensed Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure strategic alignment of multiple IT projects, the full-time Florida Licensed Program Manager will oversee project governance, manage stakeholder relationships, and coordinate resources while working remotely within Florida.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects align with strategic goals and establish governance structures for project managers
• Manage high-level executive relationships and navigate stakeholder expectations while serving as a liaison with external partners
• Facilitate project execution by overseeing daily activities, budget tracking, and maintaining key project artifacts

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology
• At least 5 years of experience managing an IT program area
• A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
• A Project Management certification is mandatory
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
