Job Summary

Providing leadership in healthcare services, the full-time Florida Licensed Program Manager will plan and execute internal projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaboratively plan and execute healthcare services projects, delivering products from design to completion
• Ensure ongoing communication regarding program goals and compliance with standardized protocols
• Conduct quality audits and implement initiatives to enhance service quality and staff education

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of healthcare experience, including 3 years in areas such as utilization management or care management
• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure as an RN, LVN, LPN, or equivalent
• Experience working within applicable state and federal regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate online portals and databases
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
