Florida Licensed Project Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Development - Water/Wastewater.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and client negotiations for RFQs and RFPs
• Oversee project planning, design, permitting, and construction support
• Manage client relationships and pursue repeat business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or construction management field
• 10-15+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater project management
• Proven track record leading complex capital projects
• Deep experience with CMAR, Progressive Design-Build, and other collaborative delivery models
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or DBIA Certification is a plus
