Job Summary

To support Florida Medicaid initiatives, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with standardized protocols while collaborating with operational leaders and external vendors.

Key responsibilities
  • Plans and directs project schedules and budgets, managing all aspects of assigned projects throughout the lifecycle
  • Communicates and collaborates with customers to transform needs into functional requirements and conducts quality audits
  • Prepares project status reports and schedules meetings to ensure ongoing communication and alignment with project goals
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of project management experience
  • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Florida Medicaid is preferred
  • Experience in pediatric healthcare settings is a plus
