Job Summary
To support Florida Medicaid initiatives, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with standardized protocols while collaborating with operational leaders and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Plans and directs project schedules and budgets, managing all aspects of assigned projects throughout the lifecycle
- Communicates and collaborates with customers to transform needs into functional requirements and conducts quality audits
- Prepares project status reports and schedules meetings to ensure ongoing communication and alignment with project goals
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Knowledge of Florida Medicaid is preferred
- Experience in pediatric healthcare settings is a plus
