Florida Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading project teams, the full-time Florida Licensed Project Manager will oversee complex schedules, ensure safety standards, and manage project quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of Site Safety Specific Procedures and promote safety culture on-site
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are updated weekly
• Manage internal and external project teams to deliver projects on-budget and on-schedule

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatcher experience, preferably in the HVAC/Generator industry
• 3 years of construction project experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Smartsheet proficiency preferred
• Safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent
