Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes financial information for accounting reports and makes journal entries
• Reviews budget, revenue, and accounting documents, resolving discrepancies as necessary
• Performs bank reconciliations and coordinates accounting control procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting or financial settings
• Demonstrated application of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated with effective time management skills
