Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Accountant to support the East Coast Client Accounting in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete monthly reporting and assist in audit processes
• Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow
• Oversee accuracy and productivity of property management accounting and financial activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate
• Experience with computer applications, including Excel, Word, Yardi, and MRI
• Third Party Management Experience
