Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Florida Licensed Property & Casualty Producer will manage the insurance sales process remotely, providing consultative solutions to real estate investors by assessing their coverage needs and recommending appropriate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full insurance sales process from initial client engagement through policy binding and ongoing account support
• Conduct consultative conversations with clients to understand their portfolio, investment strategy, and coverage needs
• Review existing policies to identify coverage gaps and provide clear recommendations tailored to client requirements

Required qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license in good standing
• 1-2 years of experience selling Property & Casualty insurance, preferably with a focus on property-related coverage
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage terms, and risk assessment
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and professionally
• Experience working independently in a remote environment during standard U.S. business hours
