Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Property Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify facts of loss, analyze coverage, and adjust claims by collecting and reviewing all loss-related information
• Contact insureds to schedule property inspections and provide updates throughout the claims process
• Apply advanced negotiation skills to resolve disputes, attend mediations, and mentor less experienced adjusters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property and Casualty Insurance with knowledge of Florida insurance regulations
• Maintain a Florida 6-20/7-20 License and ability to obtain additional state licenses within 90 days of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft programs
