Job Summary

A company is looking for a First Party Field Claim Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of outside property field adjusters
• Ensure timely and accurate claim handling in compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Monitor and manage claim metrics including cycle time, severity, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of first party field property claims experience
• Strong knowledge of homeowners and residential property coverage forms
• Demonstrated understanding of state claims regulations and compliance standards
• Must maintain a Florida 6-20 Resident All Lines Adjuster License
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
