Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Property Claims Supervisor, the full-time position will supervise and mentor a team of property adjusters, ensuring compliance and quality in handling homeowners and residential property claims while working remotely from a corporate office in Boca Raton, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of outside property field adjusters
• Ensure timely and accurate claim handling in compliance with company guidelines and state regulations
• Monitor and manage claim metrics including cycle time, severity, and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of first party field property claims experience
• Strong knowledge of homeowners and residential property coverage forms
• Must maintain a Florida 6-20 Resident All Lines Adjuster License
• Proficiency with Xactimate and claims management systems
• Demonstrated understanding of state claims regulations and compliance standards
