A company is looking for a Property Damage and Subrogation Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate property damage claims, including pre-suit investigations and court representation
• Advise on legal risks related to policy interpretations and claims settlements
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration discussions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing
• 3-5 years of experience in property damage claims or insurance litigation
• In-depth knowledge of Florida insurance law and litigation procedures
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
