Job Summary

To support accurate provider data management, the full-time Florida Licensed Provider Data Administrator will oversee the integrity and governance of enterprise provider data, manage workflows related to network management and payment operations, and collaborate on Salesforce-based solutions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Create, validate, and maintain accurate provider demographic and billing data through governed intake processes
  • Monitor data quality, reconcile discrepancies, and coordinate corrections to ensure consistency across systems
  • Support the development and operationalization of Salesforce-based solutions for centralized data management
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in data management and organizational systems
  • Expertise with database management applications such as Excel, Access, and Smartsheet
  • Experience in preparing written documents, including letters and reports
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
