Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Advocate to enhance provider relations and support network management remotely in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end provider claims and enhance call quality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of programs that build positive relationships between the health plan and providers
• Identify gaps in network composition and assist in the development of provider networks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Florida residence
• 2+ years of healthcare or managed care experience
• 2+ years of provider relations experience with client account management
• Intermediate proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
