Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of nurse practitioners in clinical and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid nurse practitioner license (PMHNP) with significant experience in psychiatry or mental health services
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is strongly preferred
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams and overseeing business operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance effectively
