Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in Addiction Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage care for individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs)
• Incorporate harm reduction practices into patient care and facilitate patient recovery goals
• Coordinate treatment plans with clinical teams and provide care during scheduled part-time shifts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active NP license and PMHNP certification in the state of residency
• Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting
• Degree from an accredited nursing school and a graduate-level clinician program
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing technologies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
