Florida Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Initial Psychiatric Evaluations (IPEs) for new adolescent clients within 72 hours of admission
• Provide ongoing medication management and psychiatric follow-up via telehealth
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary clinical meetings with the clinical team

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Florida
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience as a PMHNP
• Experience working with adolescents in a psychiatric setting
• Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
