Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess and diagnose patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and prescribe medications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of patients' mental and physical health, diagnosing psychiatric disorders and developing treatment plans
• Prescribe psychotropic medications and monitor patients' medication usage, side effects, and treatment effectiveness
• Document patient care details accurately in the electronic health record while adhering to compliance standards

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP)
• Experience in Addiction and Mental Health
• Ability to work with patients across the lifespan (ages 13+)
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment planning
