Job Summary

To support the development of a dedicated psychiatric care team for seniors, the part-time Florida Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct telehealth evaluations, manage psychiatric conditions, and collaborate with a broader care team, all while shaping the clinical model for online senior psychiatric medicine.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for older adults
• Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions with medication management
• Collaborate with the care team to support holistic patient care and improve the clinical model

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or psychiatrist (MD/DO) in good standing
• Active, unencumbered Florida license or willingness to obtain one
• Active DEA registration required for prescribing in Florida
• Experience and enthusiasm for caring for older adults
• Comfortable practicing via two-way live video telehealth
