Job Summary

Providing comprehensive mental health care, the full-time Florida Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will assess patients, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' mental and physical health, diagnose psychiatric disorders, and conduct individual psychotherapy
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications while educating patients on treatment options and side effects
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

Required qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Currently holds a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP)
• Experience in Addiction and Mental Health, including working with adults and across the lifespan
• Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and substance abuse dual-diagnoses
• Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring visa assistance
