Job Summary
To support outpatient public sector services, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Psychologist will conduct clinical reviews, make insurance benefit coverage determinations, and participate in consultations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical reviews for service authorization and appeals of previously denied services
- Compose and enter clinical determinations in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
- Participate in consultations, staff meetings, and trainings as required by management
Required qualifications:
- Independently licensed doctoral level Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Florida
- 3+ years of post-licensure experience
- Experience working with insurance companies for authorizations and claims
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Permanent residence in Florida with a secure home office setup
